harvard business school application process

What is the process of the Business School MBA application?
Im currently a BA and graduated in 2010 is December or June 2011 depending on the amount of summer classes I take, I want to be in graduate school from September 2011. My two best choices are Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management. I currently attend Suffolk University and has a 3 / 4 GPA. I realize that I must take the GMAT, but I just want to know how long before graduate school should I take and any other information. Any suggestions would be helpful … thanks I am currently working in the field of business at Boston Medical Center, and have been working here for a year so I have experience in the field of business and I'm sure this is a field you want to start my career in ..
There is almost no chance that either HBS or MIT in 2011. The schools want impressive 3-5 years of work experience after college before entering. And a 3.4 in mediocre college, will not make an exception. Start taking the GMAT now. You will need a very high score for schools and may have to take a couple of times. Find a job will get considerable experience managing people and budgets. To be promoted twice. Then apply. And they apply to more than these two, which are difficult of 4.0 's from Yale to enter
