business school without work experience

Hello. I am a final year student of Engineering and want to get an MBA after that?
Do you think its a wise choice to go into an MBA program without work experience and after graduating from any business school will be able to find a job? Or is that a certain amount of experience essential work? If experience is necessary, then, what kind of experience is ideal for an MBA program? I'm planning to do it somewhere in the U.S. or Canada.
I definitely working suggestion for at least a couple of years before going to MBA. The quality and level of understanding for the business program will in a completely different level once you experience the real working environment. Only images that make for a research topic / paper – trying to reach a full Business imaginary or a real challenge to the business of life. Any work experience may be helpful. It all depends on how much you pay attention to issues business. Best wishes.
