I would like to complete an undergraduate program in Economics, Business Law and Human Resources. where can I do this?

The program should be offered long distance, and preferably at a university in England, Australia or South Africa. Currently I have a degree in mining engineering, is there any honors and master's programs in Economics, Business Law and human resources that could go?
